The machine developed together with the technical personnel of Soler & Palau, occupies only 2,3 m2, it is easily transportable and has allowed to unify the different methods and testing equipments used previously. Its incorporation has contributed to improve flexibility and manufacturing time, besides improving the reliability of the 14 models.
In between 15 and 35 seconds, verifies the following functions:
- Starting-up not below certain humidity level.
- Dielectric strength.
- Starting-up at 20% under the nominal tension.
- Consumption at nominal tension for each extractor turning speed.
- Turning speed at nominal tension.
- Automatic starting-up over certain humidity level.
- Automatic disconnection when lowering the humidity level below the pre-established one.
The control takes place through a PC, allowing:
- To programme the test values.
- To obtain the measured values.
- Select the correct ones.
- To define the reasons of the rejections.
