This machine has 5 stations. The principal assignment is the placement of O-rings in the widened of a hydraulic pipe for the sector of the automotion, and its later check by artificial vision.
The machine’s cadence is 20 parts per minute. The first station takes the parts from another machine.
The second station is the one that places the O-rings; this station has a vibrator in each side for the supply of the O-rings. It has an approximately autonomy of 4 hours.
Third and fourth stations are symmetrical, in them the artificial vision checks the product quality; checking the presence of O-ring, the widened levels, inventory of made pieces OK and NOK...
The fifth station separates the pieces in each one of the three exit vats, one for the good pieces, the recoverable ones and the wrong ones that cannot be recovered.
